Sorry for my english, trust me im trying to describe as good as i can :)
After trying some model, i decide to draw my own model using fusion 360.
Wing span 80cm, weight without electronic is about 149gram.
this plane is not for newbi on rc plane, speed is medium to fast. wing profile using semi simetris mh30.
to print fuselage is not any special, except front part you need some thickness for motor mount. all fuse part is 1 perimeter (0.4mm) and no infill, some with top/ bottom layer to ease of gluing and add some rigidity.
to print wing you need some attention. 1 perimeter and infil 1.5%. this infill just for manage airfoil curvature. add top and bottom layer to ease gluing and make solid join.
wing part just one side, so you need to copy and mirroring to make other side
CG locate at front wall of spar canal. wing mount to fuselage by 4mm screw.
for glueing, im using uhu all plastics, this glue work very well for thin 3d print part.
i make 2 front (nose) model, shot no
