PYTHON SVG Half Tone Image Converter

This is a script I wrote in python that lets you convert JPG & PNG files to Half Tone SVG files.

This works with Python V 3.6.8

PLEASE NOTE THIS MUST BE ON THE DESKTOP, Other wise you will need to recode this if you want to put it some place else on your computer.

STEP 1 - Install Python - Remember when installing Add Python to PATH
STEP 2 - Install Libraries (Included in python folder 'Install Libraries')
STEP 3 - Run Half Tone GUI (Double Click OR press F5 when in IDLE)
STEP 4 - Import and Add your Settings
STEP 5 - Press Convert
STEP 6 - VCarve
