based on the Lumenier QAV CodeRed camera mount, but adjusted for micro cams.
rev2 pushes the cam mount further forward to match full size cam lens position
*update: after testing, the original mount did not work well, I have removed the file.
I am leaving the rev2 with and without the brace. I have tested with the brace and it works very well
