This is a QRP Common Mode Choke I use on 20M. It is built with an FT-82-43 using 10 turns of bi-filar wound 18awg magnet wire. There is plug that is used to keep the windings spaced evenly in the core. I used a little hot glue to keep the toroid secured to the cradle that is in the base. The case top is just friction fit, but a little hot glue will lock it down. I use this on a EFHW cut for 20m as the choke for the coax counterpoise. AI says it will handle 20W easily. I don't run over 10W so use it at your own risk over 10W.
