For the Make it Loud competition I created the Quad-Blade Noise Maker. This is a new take on the classic noise maker that many use during New Year's. Just like the classic, this noise maker creates sound by having a gear push a "blade" that then snaps back, making the iconic click sound that the noise makers create.
