This is a replacement head top cap for the Quad Lock out front bicycle handlebar mount. It may work for other Quad Lock mounts as well, but I have not tested them with anything other than the bicycle out front mount.
I printed with PETG, and it works fine, but stronger filaments will likely work even better.
