Quad Lock Phone Stand

This is a phone stand to use with a Quad Lock phone case. It is NOT a phone case, you need to buy that elsewhere. This thing is just the stand.

I'm assuming that you know how a Quad Lock phone case works so I won't explain it here.

This is my own design that works great with the Quad Lock "hole". I wanted to make something that didn't require a hard-to-find spring.

Tightening the screw (clockwise) will extend the brake and fasten your phone case to the mount. Loosening the screw (counter-clockwise) will allow the brake to be pulled away from your phone case. NOTE: These are left-handed threads (lefty-tighty).

You'll need a #10x24 screw and locking nut. I suggest using a locking nut with a nylon insert (pictured). Trim the screw to 1 1/16 inch (not counting the head).
