Quadlock / Cycling computer Acessory Mount

What should be a universal accessory mount for "out front" type quad-lock mounts and cycling computer mounts -- but I can only guarantee it will work on the quad-lock.

I designed this based off of measurements and images of the one available on their site, but it is not a strictly faithful recreation.

I have also included the .SLDPRT files for anyone who needs to modify the design :-)
