a very easy to print quadcopter. you'll need:
- aluminium profile 10x10mm (I used 2x 500mm length)
- KK2.0 flight controller
- Q Brain 4 x 20A Brushless Quadcopter ESC 2-4S 3A SBEC
- 4x Turnigy 1100KV Brushless Motors
- NIMH/LiPo Battery
- 4 Channel Sender/Reciever
You will have to use araldite or similar glue to glue in the aluminium profiles into the base and motor mount.
print with 0.8mm wall thickness, 40% infill:
2x base
4x motormount
1x controller
1x batteryholder_a
1x batteryholder_b
2x foot_30mm
2x foot_40mm
Assembly as shown in build_complete.stl
This is a work in progress... Detailed infos and additional parts follow... (though it is flyable as it is!)
Update 1:
I just added a prototype of the landing gear. the battery holder is right now fit for a 8 cell nimh battery but will soon be replaced by a lipo pack...
Update 2:
I added build_complete as a 3d build instruction (not meant for printing)
Update 3:
I wasn't happy wit
