Quest 3 Box

Made a box that fits my Quest 3 for when I'm traveling. I printed it with a Bambu Labs P1P. The lid fit perfectly snug on both the PLA test print and the PETG one I am using. The lid is so snug that I can pick it up with a headset inside and not worry at all about the lid coming off.

It's pretty big to fit into a suitcase, but I have a decent size checked bag, and I didn't have the time or patience to make a custom contoured box to save every square inch. I might make one in the future if someone doesn't beat me to it.

I designed it to fit the Quest 3 with an elite style strap. It's a little roomier than the quest 3, in case I wanted to install some thin foam for padding. It just so happens to also fit a Quest 3 with the new BoboVR S3 Headset if you crank the strap most of the way down.

I used PETG for the case I will travel with. I did 100% infill for the bottom. It's plenty strong but quite heavy. For the lid I went with 2 wall loops 40% infill, cubic pattern. It's still v
