Made this over a year ago now and never uploaded it anywhere. I modified the Quest Pro Vive Tracker design to be slimmer. Use 3m double sided to help it not slip around. I print it on it's side.

I use these D-ring 1/4" tripod screws to keep the tracker screwed in https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KI3J7G2
