This thing attaches to your Quest headset band to hold up to two cables in place so that as you move your head around the cables will not move relative to whatever they are plugged into. This eliminates wear and tear on the Quest headset ports because the cables plugged into them can stay straight and will not move around in the jack.

The pins slide in very tight. This is by design. It helps hold the cables in place as well as minimizing any movement of the thing. Tip for making the pins go in a bit easier is to squeeze the thing on each side tight as you can while inserting the pin. Also make sure cable is tucked into the groove on the thing as deeply as possible.

I printed one of these for my daughter and found that her headband has less space for it because there's a hinge in the band and a rear head comforter and these limit the space by almost half an inch so I whisked up shorter Part 1 and Part 2 that will use the same Part 3 pegs.
