Quick Calibration Prints

Many of the calibration pieces I've seen on Thingiverse use unnecessarily large amounts of time and filament that I prefer to spend on prints I'm going to keep. So I threw together some for personal use and decided to upload them in case someone else can make use of them.
Best done in the following order.
1) Flow calibration:
Print this in vase mode or sprial outer contour (whatever your slicer calls it).
This object should be tall enough that any warp from being too close or too far from the buildplate should be gone at the top.
Take a few width measurements of the top wall thickness and average them.
calculations:
[slicer width setting] / [your measured width] = [new flowrate multiplier slicer setting]
2) 1st layer calibration / z-height calibration:
Each step of the staircase should be 0.1mm tall, except the first step is 0.2mm tall. So the total height of the object should be 1mm. Adjust the settings or build plate until the bottom step measures 0.2mm. Make sure t
