Quick Change Thumb Palette

I designed this thumb palette thing after I saw someone posts something similar in Discord. The one uploaded is for thumbs with a thumb of 70mm circumference or 22mm diameter. I have no idea how you can scale it down, try meshlab?

This is designed to take a 0.5mm plastic card stock (I'm using Evergreen's) with the dimension of ~26mm (~28mm if you're printing using SLA printers) by 34mm+ (this is the tab sticking out for easier access).
