Quick Disconnect Ventilation - Locking Flange

This is a remix of OIASS's ventilation coupling that adds a parametric taper to the locking flanges of the hose end. This change allows the hose to be retained more securely in the coupling. There is a new parameter in the Fusion model called flange_height_delta that controls the difference in height between the front and back of each flange. The default value of 0.5 is very subtle; increasing it will result in a more positive lock, while decreasing it will result in behavior more similar to
