Remixed the drag knife holder to use small silicon rubber bands as spring.

18/09/2020 - Included a V2.0 of the design, with a conical tip for more clearance.
In the V2.0 the hole is SMALLER then the knife body...
Use hot water to softs the PLA and insert the part, and after some sand to garantee the exact fit.
