Quickie duster handle pivot.

This is a part for an old Quickie floor Duster. Posted it in case someone might break it like I did mine. The part just snaps on the floor duster and the handle. I added a slot in the part to pass a zip tie through to better secure the part to the floor duster. The slot and zip tie were added after the above pictures were taken.
