Quilting Spring Clip

My wife wanted something to hold a quilt together in a roll while working on it. She showed me what she was thinking via an Amazon ad for a bicycle pants leg clip. I told her I could make one - which this is. I tweaked the size a few times to get it to where she liked it best, and then printed a few for her.

Essentially, you roll up the quilt and put 5 of 6 of these clips around the roll so that you can feed the loose part through the sewing machine while the rolled up part is easier to manage.

If you want, you could also use these for your pants legs ;-)
