R2D2 Modified Utility Arms

This is a modification to Mr Braddleys R2D2 utility arms.

The arms are smaller in height. I have included different washer sizes and a skin that can be printed and stuck in the utility arms frame to tidy up the gap lines.

I found the original arms were to tightly fitting after I sprayed them blue to open without issue. This resolves that issue.
