I designed a multi-material racing car that can be easily assembled using only a 3d printed hex key. The design combines different materials to optimize functionality and durability: flexible TPU is used for the tires, while PLA is used for the wheel rims. The cabin features translucent PETG windows, adding both realism and visual appeal. The car is designed to be robust, safe, and child-friendly. It consists of large, easy-to-handle parts with no sharp edges, making assembly simple and safe for younger users. The durable construction, straightforward assembly process, and thoughtful material selection create an engaging and reliable toy vehicle. Materials: Car body, wheel rims, screws - PLA Basic Frontal window - PETG Translucent Wheels tires - TPU 95A Assembly
