Thickness is same as 7 Gauge steel.
Outside diameter is 1.5".
Highly recommend using a flat washer between this and whatever device is being threaded onto the 5/8 bolt.
With a flat washer, tightening down the device (ex. weight horn) will mildly compress the plastic, reducing amount of shear at the OD reduction.
