Rackett

This is a "Cant Rackett" based on the design in "The Amateur Wind Instrument Maker" by Trevor Robinson.

A rackett is a double-reed instrument in which the bore snakes back and forth through the body, making an instrument that plays lower than it would look like it should. They are sort of like early bassoons in a way, though with a strange fingering.

It has a cylindrical bore (as opposed to later Baroque ones that had a conical boar), and would be made by boring holes through a piece of wood, chiseling out connectors at the end, then capping the ends, to form a a continuous pipe.

To assemble, put the top onto the body and screw down with the cap. There must be an air-tight seal between the top and the body (so air doesn't leak out between pipes). On my Prusa at .2 layer height/pla, I didn't have to do anything there, but you may need to sand. Alternatively, you could maybe put a thin piece of cork or leather or something between to seal.
