Rackmod 1u GL iNet PoE

This is just a remix of the blank provided by tomtechie with his Rackmod 1U. There were some Gli net KVM non PoE options, but not one for the PoE. So here it is. Nice and simple, there are 2 options, one with 1mm extra on all sides and one with tighter tolerances.
