I made a short simulation showing the Ignition order. Green = intake stroke Blue = compression stroke Red = power stroke Gray = exhaust stroke This is a Modular 4 stroke, 6 cylinder radial engine in a 4 module setup for a total of 24 cylinders, about 475 cc in total. Currently it is about 25 cm long and 20 cm in diameter (intended to be small). looking at it from the side it is like a 4 cylinder in-line with a 1342 order, viewed from the front the ignition simply goes counter clockwise. Now Engines where not really my field of study during my education so I'm not really sure if this is all correct so far, or if the whole concept will even work. Is the order correct and efficient? Is it supposed to go counter clockwise? does that even mater? Keeping weight, durability and cast free fabrication in mind, what materials should i use to make the different parts (not just aluminum or steel but what grade of aluminum of steel). Keeping modular assembly in mind how should i go about the distribution (Cam shaft?) May seem like some stupid questions, but like I said this is new to me and I'm learning as i go. http://youtu.be/a0NTu1XdFHQ http://youtu.be/Ex6GJg50Nmc Sparkplugs by https://grabcad.com/dave.goetsch-1
