Radienmesser

I was looking for a part that can determine radii on components. Radius gauges are of course one option, but you need a lot of them. Then there is an attachment for the caliper gauge, but you still have to convert the measured value (for most measured values times 2.414, which you can't just do in your head). Then I had an idea yesterday. Today I had the prototype in my hand, designed and printed out. It wasn't that easy to create, but it works perfectly. But it still has room for improvement.
The filament disc has the designed radius R5, which is also measured precisely.
The golden locking ring from another project is relatively exactly 40mm in diameter, measured radius 20mm.
I am delighted that it works so well.

The measured value is read at the left edge of the pointer, not at the tip.


A 0.2mm nozzle would probably be even better here. (Yes, I know, complaining on a high level😉 )
