RadRover Handlebar Extender

This handlebar extender was made for my RadRover from Rad Power Bikes so I could center mount a flashlight. I made it extra wide in case I decide to mount anything else in the future. The handlerbar my bike came with was about 31.8 mm at the section where I wanted to install this.

I printed two of the rings separately. Then, I printed the extender bar.

Last, I printed the flashlight holder. This is meant to be coupled with a clamp I already have. You can skip this or find a better one. The extender bar is 25mm round for reference.

UPDATE:
Version 1 was a fail. The UltraFire flashlight I mounted to it was too heavy and the whole handlebar extender system broke when I went over a big bump.

I've made a new version that has a lot more plastic around version 1's failure point. Crossing fingers that this design works better.
