This is a model scale 1:1 Rail joint with a UIC54 profile. And you also can print a version of 50% scale (0,5x0,5x0,5 real scale) thats why you have a bolt named 50.
If you just change the scale of the bolts it won't work.
And even if you want a different scale for the bolts just ask me
