Rail Mount Cover

Covers for 21mm rail. Protect your rails or just give your gun some color.
I used STANAG 4694 metric dimensions.
Two size variants 8x28 and 6x26 mm (HxW), two design variants: A with flat bottom and side grooves (easier to print - no bridges, solid first layer), B with bottom grooves (5 mm bridges, multi-element first layer).
They are of 205mm length, change in Fusion or cut STL or cut printed parts :)


Print with elastic material.
Printed with SBS (best), PETG (not bad too) and ABS (either too rigid to take off or too loose).
For rails that really match to standard, print with negative horizontal expansion (-0.05mm SBS, -0.1mm PETG). Usually, rails of cheap airsoft guns are smaller, I printed one cover even with +0.1mm expansion. For less elastic material decrease by 0.1mm.
