Rail mounted Hose bracket

This is remixed from rba100's elegant shelf bracket, it looks good without being overly decorative. We use soaker hoses to keep our plants alive in the hot and dry Southern Summers. The hoses work best when they're flat. This bracket is made to slip over a 2x4 rail and hold the soaker hose in the circle at the end. We currently have about 30 along 50 foot of railing. I use twist ties to tie the ends in place when needed.
