This is a helpful tool for keeping distance between wooden railings, especially if you work alone. Adapted dimension of 36 x 48 mm wooden railings, where 48 mm are in the height direction.
1. Clip the spacer to the railing, then the block will give a distance of 20 mm.
2. Place a new railing on top of the block.
3. Screw on the new railing.
4. Take out the bricks and place them on the new railing!
5. Repeat the process! :)
* Version 1.1 is with rounded side plates, as it was painful to pull out the spacer block from the railing if they were slightly stuck.
Hope this helps! I saved a lot of time using this tool!
