Raise3d N2+ Duel Delete block

This block can be printed and use to hold the Extruder temperature prob and heater bar out of the way on the Raise3D N2+ duel printer.

We discovered that the duel extruders caused a lot of shifting layers. Removing the second extruder solved this problem. This block allows you to remove the extruder head without unwiring the temperature prob and heater.
