I borrowed the design from the QuinLED dig-uno base. I also added support and two holes on the vertical sides for the external antenna version and holes for screw mounting if desired. I personal just use dual lock Velcro to mount this base. The two holes on the sides are for the antenna wire to feed through if you mount the antenna sticking out from the base and there are two holes at the bottom of the arches - these are for the antenna wire to be feed through if needed.

The base works by compression. Just push the quad in under the little lips that extend and the other side will snap in.

I WOULD NOT PRINT WITH SUPORTS!! I added supports to the arches so no supports are needed to print. You will not be happy removing the supports if you print it with them!
