Raised Scope Mount

This is the second revision of the design. I increased its stiffness to provide better vibration resistance when used on semi-automatic or automatic blasters.In addition, there is a 0.2° angle between the scope’s centerline and the Picatinny rail plane, allowing them to converge at a distance of 12 meters. This is especially helpful for lower-power blasters, as it reduces the amount of adjustment required on the optic. This is a raised scope mount. Based on my testing, it works very well. For a foam dart blaster, its accuracy is more than sufficient. My optic is a 1–6× scope, and it came with a factory split mount. However, the mount was too low—the scope’s centerline was only 30 mm above the Picatinny rail (which is also the default height for most mounts). My cheekbone was already pressed flat, yet it was still very difficult to get a clear sight picture through the scope.
