RAK customizable junction box

**OpenSCAD junction box for RAK Wisblock RAK19001 and RAK19007 baseboards.**

Adds standoffs and USB/LAN port cutouts for RAK19001 and RAK19007. Optional standoffs for an additional LAN board. Box auto-sizes to the selected board.
