A controller designed for Rally Raid.
Parts you need is:
1pcs M5 nut
2 pcs M5 Bolt
3pcs MCS18 Buttons with Gasket
1pcs 1MT1-7 Honeywell toggle switch
1pcs RND 6-poles M8 Signal cable
Install the hardware and superglue the half together and use the two 3mm holes with filament to align the parts.
