I made a "RAM" ball fuel tank mount (1") for my 2006 Yamaha R6. Note sure what other years or models it may fit.
You will need longer bolt screws.
I used 35% infill, with "2" fill multiline, 6 top layers, 6 wall loops, I did supports, you may not need to.
Print with PETG or ASA or Comparable filament.
