Ranch Slider Security Bolt Clip

If you have a ranch slider (sliding glass door) with a security bolt that has these little plastic clips in it like this one, then you'll know that once the plastic clip wears out and breaks the bolt will have an increasing tendency to fall out all the time. I searched and could not find replacement clips for sale anywhere, nor could I find the designs so I created this as a first time project on Tinkercad, I think it came out pretty good and seems to work well to replace the original clip.

I did design it slightly too small, and while it works at 100% it will be a bit loose. I find that scaling it to 102.25% on the X and Y axis seems to fix the issue and the clip fits nice and snug without having to go back into Tinkercad and adjust it there.

I hope that this finds and helps other people with the same type of bolt who need this clip for it.

Recommend 100% infill, otherwise pretty standard settings should work.
