Rapier blade designed to print in 4 parts. I used ABS on an Ender 3 Neo with 0.16mm build height and 100% infill for strength. The blade sections are linked together to reduce the risk of shifting during the print. There are holes running through the blade: the smaller ones are for wires to align segments during glue-up, and the larger one is for a metal dowel.
