Raspberry Pi 3 B+ Case - Customizable Sleeve

All I did was add some slots to Walter's design, that work for my Pi 3 B+.

Design Additions:
- Slots for PiCam, a display interface, GPIO, and PoE (I only tested the PiCam slot tho)
- Slot for SD card that works with Pi 3

INSTRUCTIONS:
In order to use the infill to design the look of the case, here's what you do in Simplify3D. (Check out the images, they show you more settings details)
**Go to LAYER TAB** -> Change top and bottom layers to 0.
**Go to INFILL TAB** -> Pick the infill pattern to suit your desires. (If you know how to make custom infill angles, you can do that too.)
**ADJUST INFILL %** -> Reduce % to spread out the pattern, Increase % to make pattern smaller.

Notes
I have only tested the Pi Cam slot, so if you find out the other slots are too small, let me know! I'll happily update it for ya. ;)
