raspberry pi 3 box without air circulation

My raspberry pi 3 b box without air circulation, ready to hang on the wall.

For the led i use a resistor 47 Ohms 2% (ROX1G47R), I plugged it into the pin 1(3.3v PWR), and I plugged the ground into the pin 9(GND,* but we don't care, as long as it's the ground*).

For the power i use a Micro USB 5V 1A TP4056, and I plugged it into the pin 2(5V PWR, *but we don't care, as long as it's a 5V*), and I plugged the ground into the pin 39(GND)
