Raspberry Pi 3 case for Ender-3 Waveshare 5" touchscreen

I was looking for a case to mount my Raspberry Pi 3 on my Ender-3 S1. I liked the design by aerandir14 (itself a modification of a design by SailllingStone), but there was a couple of things I didn't like
-Access to the microSD card was a royal pain
-Access to the power port was a somewhat lesser pain, due to the distance from the case side and the microUSB slot on the board
-The microUSB is a poor choice for the current that the RP3 typically pulls, and it's something you don't want to repeatedly insert & remove.

The solution was to add a microSD card extender, and bring the power port out of the case. The case is tight for space, and none of my bulkhead mounted USB extensions would comfortably fit, so I came up with the next best thing.
