Raspberry Pi 4 case inspired by my EVGA DG-77 PC case.
Utilising the RPI HSF available from amazon here:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07V35V1CH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This HSF comes with a perspex cut out as a base for the Pi - I've reused it as a case window.
Note that other HSF's are available from the same supplier which I suspect should fit fine.
Note also that this is intended for headless use - the USB-C ports are hidden.
All parts printed on my Ender 3 Pro in PLA
I printed the parts "white-case" & "black-grill" at 0.16mm
The other parts can be printed at 0.2mm
The fins in the top of the "white-case" model are very thin - this provides a nice visual appear but does mean you'll need to allow the print to cool down to room temp before detaching it from the print bed. Equally you'll need to be careful not to expose it to heat (e.g. when cleaning up the print) as it'll easily warp.
The black-grill should slot into the top of the cas
