This is my take on the Raspberry Pi 4 Model B case. Its a sleek design with low tolerances for slim fitting features (especially around USB C, micro B, and micro HDMI side). Supports a spot for a 30mm fan, small cutout for ribboncable routing. Just note that access to header pins has not really been considered in this design.
