Raspberry Pi 4 case using M3 nuts

I remixed the bottom of the case to use M3 nuts for fastening of the raspi PCB (M3x8, M3x6 should also work) and to screw the case bottom and top together (M3x20). The top shells were taken over unchanged from the original design.
