Raspberry Pi 4 PCI Vertical Mount Bracket

I modified caj380's modified version of Sneekystick's bracket, to make it vertically mountable. It required the ports to be reversed, so the pi will be upside down in a regular pci slot.
I did have to remake it from scratch, so I've included a .step file as well.
