Designed this one myself, plenty of tolerance for an easy assembly.
Add the power button, place your Pi on the pegs and clip the top onto the bottom.
This case supports:
- 40mm fan
- Power button
- GPIO passthrough
If you have troubles with the power button, just cut the sides to make it rectengular.
It should help with the alignment.
Only insert the SD card AFTER you installed the case! Otherwise there are issues with the fit
