Raspberry Pi 5 TV HAT Case

I have designed a case for my Tvheadend based on Raspberry Pi 5 + Raspberry TV HAT. The case allows you to install the NVMe Base for Raspberry Pi 5 from Pimoroni to use NVMe storage (much faster) instead of a MicroSD card. However, the case still supports the use of a MicroSD card. To help with cooling, the lid has ventilation holes for the Raspberry Pi active cooler. The Raspberry TV HAT is housed on the side so as not to block the Raspberry Pi cooling. A data cable is required to connect both devices.
