Raspberry Pi 7" Display Case

A simple case for the [official Raspberry Pi 7" touchscreen](https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/raspberry-pi-touch-display/). The display is mounted on four 3D printed standoffs inside the case. There is a space on the right hand side for a panel mount USB socket and an aperture at the back for the power cable and any other cables.
