Raspberry Pi B+ case

Meant for FDM printer. Model contains options for open connector or closed connector, and for deep or shallow box. The goal was to make a lightweight slender case for the Pi (rev 2 and rev 3) with cutouts for the heatsinks and efficient heat exchange. I've also included a base with a VESA mount to install a pi onto the back of a monitor.
