I was looking for a case for my old 256mb Pi, but there wasn't anything that was exactly what I was looking for. So I decided to model my own case inspired by Cesear's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:446921.
The base has a couple of raised areas to support the Pi and keep the board level so that the ports stay aligned with the case openings. The top of the case pins the board in place by clamping the USB ports and a clamp block over the SD card. The GPIO pins are accessible by clipping out the 4 small supports on the cover to remove the small rectangular cover.
The case is held together with 12mm M3 screws in the 4 angled feet, from underneath. It relies on the screws biting into the top layer.
